Mr. Vail, who specializes in personal injury and mass torts, is admitted to practice before the courts of Alabama, Mississippi, the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama, the United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama, the United States District Court, Northern District of Mississippi, the United States District Court, Southern District of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Mr. Vail has also been admitted pro hac vice to practice before many courts across the United States. In addition to personal injury and mass torts, Mr. Vail works on cases involving wrongful death, qui tam, class actions, consumer fraud, shareholder and environmental litigation. Mr. Vail attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as Assistant Editor on the Cumberland Law Review and clerked for the Honorable Edwin L. Nelson, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. Before law school, Mr. Vail graduated from the University of North Alabama with degrees in biology and chemistry.
